 As an Azola.co.za vendor / service provider, you set up your return policy in your shop (give us the policy and we will load it for you).

Your customer service information, including email address, hours of operation, and contact phone number are displayed in your shop. When it comes to refunding customers, you will manage refunds through The Business Manager (azola.co.za/store-manager).

Does Azola offer fulfilment services (delivery) for product sellers?

 There are various reports that are generated – you can view your sales trends, orders trend as well as revenue trends. Also you can download these reports as you please.
